About This Pendant
This custom leaf Pendant is individually handcrafted from durable borosilicate glass and infused with a small amount of cremation ashes. No two pieces are ever exactly alike, making each pendant a truly one-of-a-kind memorial.

Your pendant includes your choice of:
* 20-inch black cord necklace
* 18-inch silver-plated chain
* 18-inch gold-plated chain
The necklaces are included as a complimentary addition and are not reflected in the price of the pendant itself. Because the chains are silver- and gold-plated, they may not be suitable for everyday wear. The pendant can easily be transferred to another chain if you have one you prefer.

I believe memorial art should be personal, meaningful, and accessible. My goal has always been to create high-quality keepsakes that honor your loved one without charging excessive prices during an already difficult time.
Every memorial piece is made by hand in my studio with care, respect, and attention to detail. I understand how important these items are, and I treat every order as if it were for my own family.
How the Process Works
1. Shipping Regulations
As of March 1, 2025, USPS requires cremated remains to be shipped using their Priority Mail Express Cremated Remains Kit, which is available free of charge from your local post office or through the USPS website.
While I strongly recommend following USPS guidelines and using a trackable shipping method, I will accept ashes sent through any carrier as long as they arrive securely sealed.
2. Collection Kit
After your order is placed, I will send you a collection kit that includes:
* Small scooping spoon
* Small sealable bag
* Large sealable bag
* Return envelope with your order information
* Pre-filled return shipping label
3. Sending the Ashes
Only a very small amount of ashes is needed—approximately two small scoop per item.
Please:
1. Place the ashes in the small bag and seal it.
2. Put the small bag inside the larger bag and seal it.
3. Place the bags inside the provided envelope.
4. Ship the package using your preferred method.
Shipping the ashes is the buyer’s responsibility and typically costs approximately $30-$50, depending on the carrier and location.
Please send me the tracking number once the ashes have been shipped.
4. Processing Time
Estimated turnaround time is 4-8 weeks, which includes mailing the collection kit, shipping time, and creating your memorial piece.
Once I receive the ashes, I usually complete the pendant within about one week—often sooner. Delays typically only occur if the ashes are not sent promptly.
Local Drop-Off Option
If you’re located in Kentucky, I also offer local drop-off options. Feel free to message me for my current vending schedule or available meet-up locations.
Additional Information
Because each piece is handmade from glass, it should be handled with care and can break if dropped or impacted. I cannot be responsible for damage that occurs after delivery.
In many cases, I can repair pieces that I’ve created, depending on the type and extent of the damage. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs.
