About the Pendant

The available pendants feature two unique designs: a clear, ash-infused glass deer buckhead or a colored version with white antlers and a brown swirl. Measuring approximately 1x1.5 inches, each pendant comes with your choice of an 18-inch silver-plated chain, 18-inch gold-plated chain, or a 20-inch black cord. Every piece is thoughtfully packaged, making it a perfect gift or a meaningful keepsake for yourself.

In this delicate and deeply personal space, I strive to offer memorial jewelry at a reasonable price. I believe such meaningful items should be accessible, not taken advantage of by large companies. My goal is to create a cherished piece that honors your loved one with care and respect.

The Process

TO ENSURE EVERYTHING RUNS SMOOTHLY, PLEASE CAREFULLY REVIEW THE FOLLOWING STEPS BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER:

1. Shipping Regulations: Per postal regulations, cremated remains can only be shipped via Priority Mail Express. It is illegal to send them any other way.

**I WILL accept the ashes whatever delivery method they come, as long as they are shipped in a sealable container. However, as stated by the law, the only legal way to ship cremated remains is via Priority Mail Express. You are responsible for shipping the ashes to me, and the choice of shipping method is at your discretion. Please note that you will be liable for the shipping process, but I will accept the ashes regardless.**

2. Collection Kit: Once your order is placed, I will send you a collection kit. Please see photos for example.
This kit will include:
- A small scooping spoon
- A small sealable plastic bag
- A large sealable plastic bag
- An envelope with your order information
- A Priority Mail Express envelope
- A pre-filled shipping form

3. Returning the Ashes: Using the provided spoon, scoop a small amount of the ashes into the small bag and seal it. Next, place the small, sealed bag in the large sandwich bag. Place the large resealable bag in the white envelope containing your order information and then into the Priority Express envelope. At the post office, let the staff know that you’re sending cremated remains and ensure it is shipped per postal regulations. The shipping cost (as of 10/01) is $30.45 and may increase slightly during the holiday season. Please message me with tracking information once the ashes have been shipped.

4. Order Timeline: The listing indicates a shipping time of 4-8 weeks to allow for the collection kit process, shipping, and the crafting of your pendant. Once I receive the ashes, I strive to complete the pendant within a week, though often sooner. Please keep in mind that delays may occur if the ashes are not sent promptly.

Shipping Cost

Please note that the total price shown on the listing does not include the Priority Express shipping fee for sending the cremated remains. Please add $30 to account for this cost when calculating the total price. You must pay for the shipping of the ashes. This cost will not be reimbursed or included.
