About the Pendant

Celebrate the love and cherished memories of your pet with a custom hand-blown glass, ash-infused paw print pendant, crafted from durable borosilicate glass. Each pendant is handcrafted, making every piece truly one of a kind. The pendants are approximately 1 inch wide and 1.5 inches tall.

You can customize your pendant with your choice of paw print color and necklace:
• A 20-inch black cord
• An 18-inch silver-plated chain
• A 18-inch gold-plated chain

Please note that the included necklaces are provided as a complimentary addition and are not an extra charge to the pendant itself. Since the necklaces are silver- or gold-plated, they may not be of the highest quality. However, the pendants are designed to be interchangeable, so you can pair them with a chain you already own if you’re looking for a more durable option. To keep the pendants as cost-effective as possible while ensuring you have a necklace available if needed, this is the best option I am able to provide.

The Process

To ensure a smooth process, please review the following steps before placing your order:

1. Shipping Regulations
• As of March 1, 2025, USPS requires cremated remains to be shipped using their Priority Mail Express Cremated Remains Kit, available for free at your local post office or through the USPS website.
• While federal law requires cremated remains to be shipped via USPS Priority Express Mail in the designated box, the shipping method is ultimately at your discretion.
• I WILL accept ashes sent through any delivery method, as long as they arrive in a sealed container. However, I strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

2. Collection Kit (Sent after your order is placed)
• Small scooping spoon
• Small sealable plastic bag
• Large sealable plastic bag
• Envelope with your order information
• Pre-filled return label

3. Returning the Ashes
• Use the spoon to place one scoop of ashes per item into the small bag, then seal it.
• Place the small bag inside the larger bag and seal it.
• Put the sealed bags inside the white envelope provided.
• Ship the envelope using your preferred method. If you take it to the post office, they will provide the cremated remains box and necessary supplies.
• Shipping cost is approximately $32, which is the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please send me the tracking number once the ashes have been shipped.

4. Order Timeline
• Estimated processing time is 4-8 weeks, which includes the collection kit process, shipping, and crafting.
• Once I receive the ashes, I strive to complete the piece within one week—often sooner. However, delays may occur if ashes are not sent promptly.

Shipping Costs

The total listing price does not include the cost of shipping the ashes. Please add approximately $32 to your total when budgeting for your order.

If you are in Kentucky, in-person drop-offs are available. Message me for my vending schedule or local pick-up locations.
